Check out some new terrain
It’s kind of a big deal when CBMR opens 100% of resort terrain. In fact, it’s only happened five times since the Teo 2 terrain expansion during the 2014-15 season! If you’re here during a wall-to-wall opening, take advantage of it by checking out zones that have always been on your list. Whether you’re dreaming of conquering Rambo, the steepest tree-cut ski run in North America, are itching to check out Rooster’s or Ptarmigan, CBMR’s newest terrain, or just want to explore some mellow blues and greens that you’ve never taken the time to check out, the opportunities for exploration have never been more limitless at CBMR!
Ski or ride in style
April Fool’s Day is nothing short of a fashion show at CBMR, so show up in style and enjoy some spring turns dressed in your craziest outfit! Whether you want to keep things simple and sport a tutu, rock your favorite onesie, or coordinate a group outfit with your friends, there’s no limit to the creativity you can show. Just make sure you’re able to safely ride lifts and descend the mountain in whatever costume you choose!
Enjoy some live music
Ready to keep the party going? CBMR’s closing weekend concerts bring high-energy beats and après vibes that hit just right after a day of spring skiing. Whether you're rallying for a dance session or just kicking back with a drink in hand, the live bands and DJs will set the scene—epic mountain views included.
Soak up sunshine at the “beach”
With Adirondack chairs, refreshing beverages, and plenty of sunshine, there’s no better place to enjoy a mid-day break than the “beach” at Paradise Warming House. Whether you’re kicking back after a few laps or just soaking in the high-altitude rays, this is the ultimate spot to unwind. No towel needed, but don’t forget to bring your shades and sunscreen!
Cool off at the pond skim
If a snorkel somehow made its way onto your ski trip packing list, the annual CBMR pond skim is the perfect place to put it to use! With fun prizes, stoked spectators, and a live DJ on the sidelines, the pond skim is the ultimate end of season party you won’t want to miss. The 2025 event takes place on April 5, and registration is open now!
Say thank you to a CBMR employee
From the parking lots and hotels below the base area to summit of Mt. CB, our mountain couldn’t run without our fun, welcoming, and friendly employees! The next time you’re getting your pass scanned, are checking out at a restaurant or retail location, or see a ski patroller in the lift line next to you, tell them thank you and wish them a happy off-season. Your gratitude goes a long way!
